Health and Nutrition
At AMRDO, we believe that good health is a fundamental right and the foundation for a bright future. That’s why we’re dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve, particularly women and children who are often marginalized and vulnerable.
Our initiatives in health and nutrition are designed to address the root causes of health challenges, working at the individual, community, and systemic levels to develop innovative solutions and provide quality health services. We provide basic health care facilities and services, including mother and child health and nutrition projects, to help malnourished children and pregnant and lactating mothers. Our goal is to create a positive and enabling environment for accessing quality health care services and promoting comprehensive health for women and girls. By working closely with community groups and collaborating with government and civil society organizations, we aim to increase the uptake of health services and break down social barriers. By engaging men and other key decision makers in ruralhouseholds, we hope to create a healthier and more inclusive future for all.
At AMRDO, we are committed to working tirelessly to ensure that every person has access to quality health care and the opportunity to live a healthy, fulfilling life.
